Randy Marx is the director representing Fair Oaks Water District Division 4. First elected to the board in 2004, Mr. Marx has lived in Fair Oaks since 1987. His family consists of his wife, Cynthia, and children, Elliot and Emily. Mr. Marx is a Vice President with Brown and Caldwell Environmental Engineers, and works on a variety of environmental science and engineering projects. Mr. Marx has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stanford University. He enjoys running, tennis, and biking, and in fact has been commuting on his bike to school/work since first grade.
